FAQ's
Q: How many hours are included in the rental?
A: All of our wedding rental packages include unlimited use. We would never want to set up or break down during your event.
Q: Can the booth be set up anywhere?
A: Our booths have a unique design that allows us to break it down and place it virtually anywhere.
Q: What does the booth look like?
A: The main section of the booth houses the lighting, camera, printer and touchscreen. There is a three sided curtain and curtain frame that comes off of the main section where the pictures are taken. Our booth is an actual photo booth unlike most of our competitors who use tripods, backdrops or pop up tents. Make sure you ask them for a picture of their "booths" so you know what it will look like when it is set up for your wedding.
Q: How many events have you done and how long have you been in business?
A: We have provided photo booths for over 250 wedding receptions and private events and 2018 will be our ninth full season.
Q: Does the booth require an attendant to be with it at all times?
A: Our booths are fully automated and easy to use. We will be nearby if needed but we want you and your guests to enjoy the booth to its fullest.
Q: How does the booth work?
A: Guests enter the booth and they are greeted by a touchscreen with a welcome screen. Once they touch to start they will see a live view and a countdown sequence. Four shots will be taken and then a strip preview will be displayed with the option to retake or print in color or black & white. If they choose to print, two 2" x 4" strips will come out of the side with the custom logo within 10 seconds of pressing print.
Q: Can we bring props?
A: We will provide basic props and a prop bin and you are welcome to bring anything you would like to add to it.
Q: What does the album look like?
A: We provide an album for every rental and it is about 6"X6" and each page has room for two strips and notes. You are welcome to bring your own album or scrap book.
Q: Does the rental include a cocktail table?
A: Yes, we will provide a lighted, dressed cocktail table for the photo album and photo strip viewing.
Q: Does the rental include a DVD?
A: Yes, we will provide a DVD with all of the images captured by the booth. Each strip will have a very small number in the corner that corresponds with numbered folders on the DVD.
Q: Can we customize the bottom of the strip?
A: Yes, we create a custom logo for every event and we will send the proof to you for revisions until you are happy with it. See the gallery section for sample logos.
Q: How much is the rental?
A: The pricing depends on the location of the wedding reception and unlimited use packages range from $650 - $850.
Q: Do you have insurance?
A: We are fully insured.
